Designed and managed the $1.2M contract construction inspection program for the Project Management Services Group of 25 Safety and QAQC inspectors on the $25M TYCO/WCI outside plant fiber optic construction project from the Pacific Coast HYWY 6 into Portland, Ore.

Approve and oversee electrical contractor tooling installs. 

Perform office and process ergonomic surveys/risk assessments and recommend workstation adjustments. Study worker compensation trends and propose machine/tooling improvements. Oversee hearing protection, industrial hygiene independent audits and laboratories.
