Willamette Dental Group is seeking a Recruiter.
The Recruiter will ensure that the company attracts and hires new graduate dentists and/or one year dentist residents to achieve long term company success.
Qualifications:
- Full cycle recruitment experience preferred.
- Dental operations or clinical experience preferred.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and reporting tools and data bases.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
