ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustments and ensure process optimization
Run lots, improve processes, troubleshoot non-standard events on the production line and review tech health/stability
May be responsible for the buddy, trainer and certifier levels, as well as updating training specs
Utilize high degree of judgment and initiative to resolve complex non-standard problems and develop recommendations
Interact with fellow technician and engineers to develop processes for new products
Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Associates degree in a technical field or relevant military experience
3
years of manufacturing experience
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) experience
SiPlace PnP experience a plus
IPC certification and PCB manufacturing/assembly experience is desired
Solid communication, computer and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
