Our client is a semiconductor company with a well-established reputation and an outstanding competitive presence. A Validation Engineer with solid experience in networking is the support our client needs to be successful in implementing this networking products project.
This Network Validation Engineer will setup and validate enterprise level networking products. This includes setup/configure of servers, switches, virtualization, and enterprise-level storage. Network products to encompass wired Ethernet controllers, both hardware and software, for 1GbE, 10GbE, 40GbE, and beyond.
Additionally, this Network Validation Engineering will be required to do the following:
Install and validate firmware for varies controllers
Install, manipulate, and validate EEPROMs; with the ability to convert to/from different based numbering systems (e.g. HEX to BIN to DEC to OCT)
Read and understand change logs and release notes
Run Microsoft INF checker
Read Customer reported bug reports, followed by reproducing the reported issue for engineering engagement
Need to be able to quickly turnaround of short run validation efforts required for a release process
Communicate and interact with group/Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and other Evaluation Engineers and Technicians
Run prescribed test procedures, accurately document work performed, and submit timely reports

## Job Requirements
Experience with enterprise networking (e.g. managed switches, routing, VLAN tagging, Teaming/Bonding, Fail-over, and Clustering)
Experience with enterprise architecture/platforms (e.g. PCIe, EM64T, IA-64, multiple processors, high core counts, huge amounts of installed memory, and blade chassis/servers)
Experience with data-center technologies like virtualization and server clustering
Experience with both Window client and server operation systems, as well as, Linux. Experience should include all aspects of setup, configure, and network troubleshooting
Experience with pre-boot environments like WinPE and uEFI
Experience with management technologies like vPro (client ME), Base Management Controllers, and Open IPMI
Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a passion for learning technologies
Strong work ethic, customer focused, and team orientation
3-5 years experience in directly applicable area
Test automation/scripting, C/C+
programming, Perl
Experience with Ethernet sniffers and/or protocol analysis
Performance testing - Chariot, Smartbits, IXIA, and Test Center
Experience with DOS, FreeBSD, and embedded OS
An understanding of Open Rack, Software Defined Networking, Cloud Compute, Huge Data

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
