Description:

Experience of working in SAP ECC 6.0 environment EHP6.0
7-10 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 3 end to end implementations in the area of SAP-HR-Enterprise compensation management (ECM).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM module- ECM (EHP6.0)
In depth understanding Budgeting, Compensation Planning process, Long Term Incentives and Job Pricing.
Hands on experience in configuring Compensation Eligibilities, Matrix Guidelines, Compensation Approval workflows.
Knowledge of Integration for Job Pricing and Performance Management would be an added advantage.
In additional to ECM, should also have good hands-on experience in ESS/MSS, PA,OM
In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
Understand and able to review ABAP / WebdynPro ABAP codes from functional perspective.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
