DescriptionThe Product Marketing Senior Director focuses on improving engagement and retention throughout a member s experience, partnering closely with product, operations, engagement, analytics, and marketing teams to help develop, test, and optimize our lifecycle journeys and automations.

Job duties:
Manage the creation and execution of highly personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver against business goalsCreate and execute always-on go-to-market plans for product launches to increase awareness, demand, and adoptionLead a team of strategic and product marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to drive resultsLeverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that optimize the member s lifetime value with First TechWork closely with other marketing channel leads and cross functional teams to gain alignment and implement omnichannel campaigns and journeys across all touchpoints; paid, owned and partnersCollaborate with internal business leads to identify market opportunities and define goalsDesign marketing experiments to test a multitude of elements (messaging, content, promotions, etc.
) that optimizes targeted conversion and purchasing behaviorsLead and drive business process transformation in close collaboration with stakeholdersEstablish, report on, and improve KPIs for customer campaigns, programs and segmentsEssential skills:
Minimum 10 years' experience in product marketing or channel marketing for a software or financial services companyMinimum 5 years experience leading a results-oriented marketing teamExperience in data modeling focused on channel optimization required, specifically the ability to understand and link internal and external data to define the right targeting approachProven ability to define and bring targeted experiences to marketingExperience with journey mapping and developing a learning agenda to establish personalized experiences for membersDemonstrate a strategic understanding of business needs and translates company goals into individual objectives to drive resultsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple business units, leadership and vendors to achieve organizational goalsAbility to successfully drive projects, processes and change management concepts in a dynamic and complex operating environmentDemonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersBroad knowledge of financial services operations including functions, products & services and regulationsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMinimum Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Finance.
Master s in Marketing preferredLocation:

$160,000 to $180,000 annually

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
