Medical Device Sales Executive

The Sales Executive I is responsible for driving the company's product and service sales within the assigned sales territory. This role collaborates closely with branch staff to enhance sales efforts. Additionally, the Sales Executive I will partner with the General Manager to formulate and execute tailored strategies aimed at achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Engages in daily sales outreach to establish new relationships and maintain existing connections with medical community referral sources. Develops and maintains call plans to qualify new referrals and nurture existing ones to promote business growth. Records call plans and outcomes in the CRM system. Utilizes company reports and data to identify potential referral targets. Collaborates with the Market VP to review the sales territory's call plan, aligning it with strategic objectives. Educates referral sources on the utilization and benefits of the company's products and services. Addresses and follows up on customer concerns effectively. Works in tandem with branch management, staff, and other company departments to drive sales expansion. Provides referral sources with clear explanations of Medicare guidelines pertaining to private insurance procedures, pricing details, and product information. Maintains accurate records of prospective and active accounts, ensuring that relevant information is forwarded to reimbursement offices for billing and collection purposes. Ensures the completeness and accuracy of billing documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience A college degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required. 1-3 Years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling service or commodity products. Prior external sales experience is advantageous. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Customer/Patient-Centric:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
