SpecialistJob DescriptionProvide client support, troubleshoot, and resolve IT Support issues (Desktops and connected peripherals, Laptops, Mobile Devices Desk phones) for internal users and conference rooms.What you'll be doing:
o Develop a technical understanding of corporate IT environment so you can effectively support our users.o Answer to local and remote users' configuration questions and other requests, helping them to solve problems.o Work together with site managers and developers to guarantee an efficient IT environment for our SW engineers.o Work to automate maintenance tasks.o Develop solutions which empower users to solve problems on their own and document the solutionso Help to plan HW and SW allocation ahead of time, especially for new employeeso PC/Laptop refresh machine build with Admin duties.o Picking up Global IT Desktop ticketso Office move installing APs, phones, Monitors, the move, meeting room TVs setup, supporto Check/refurbish/reimage/proactive check a dozen user laptopso Supervising 3rd party vendorso Define mobile contract needso Procurement dutiesFor this, you need a deep understanding and experience with:
o Windows laptop administration and problem solvingo Windows desktop environments such as Windows 11, Mac, Office 365, Duo, Cisco VPNo Microsoft Autopiloto TCP/IP networking setup and solutions to common configuration problemso DNS, NIS, and DHCP administrationo Jam F and IntuneWhat else we need to see:
