Responsibilities:
Reviews and approves weekly timecards Oversees program billing Intel's first point of contact Completes any employee change forms for the group for changes to shift, pay, schedule, termination, etc.
Ensures compliance with safety Reviews employee check ins and creates action plans based on feedback Maintains headcount tracker Submits program reports (SOW reports) Additional tasks as assigned Providing disciplinary feedback and documentation What will make you successful? Good organization Computer savvy, familiar with Microsoft suite Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with others Attention to detail Problem-Solving ability Ability to think critically Conflict Resolution.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
