The Marine Officer Program is seeking high quality men and women to serve as the next generation of leaders.
Here you'll gain valuable experiences in a variety of different fields that challenge you to rise above your peer group.
Any currently enrolled college student or graduates are eligible, with only a small number of medical conditions or physical limitations that are disqualifying.
The path to becoming an Officer of Marines is one of Selection - it is not simply an application.
It begins with an interview with an Officer Selection Officer in your area.
Throughout this interview and the application process, you will be constantly assessed mentally and physically for the endeavors and trials of Officer Candidate School (OCS).
If selected for Officer Candidate School, you will spend 10 weeks where your mind, body and character are screened, evaluated and honed to a razor-sharp point.
Leadership is measured not by how well you follow procedure, but how you lead in conditions of uncertainty.
Decisiveness, judgment, initiative, and moral courage are tested in the midst of chaos, exhaustion, indecision and scrutiny.
Those Few who complete OCS have earned the privilege of wearing the Marine Officer uniform with pride and honor.
Opportunities exist for both active duty and the Marine Corps Reserves.

We have high standards for decision making capacity, integrity, and physical fitness.
