- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and integrity - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos - Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and technical support - Bilingual candidates may be required to communicate with customers in both English and another language Requirements:
- Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to effectively interact with customers - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic knowledge of electronics sales is a plus - Bilingual candidates who can communicate effectively in English and another language are highly desired for this role - Must have a positive attitude, be customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal skills Note:
