You know what this job entails (it's all puppies and kittens, right?), enjoy it and want be on a team that enjoys it, too! Our CSR team is filled with clever, talented people who are incredible problem solvers.
We have a LOT of experience and work together like a hive mind.
Currently, there are 12 CSR's and we're looking to add two more, since our hospital just grew by 2 docs! Does that seem like a lot of CSR's? It is! Our CSR workflow includes 3 different roles, including exam room assistant.
Often, opportunities are limited for CSR's in vet med.
Here at Frontier, we've put a lot of thought into giving CSR's options to grow that don't require working in the treatment room.
A successful applicant will:
- Have previous veterinary CSR experience.
- Cultivate a dark sense of humor for those rough days.
- Be relaxed but professional.
- Be flexible with scheduling.
(We're open 7 days/week, and we all share those non-traditional shifts.
If you prefer evenings and weekends, even better!) - Have a natural rapport with clients.
- Be creative, adaptable and reliable.
