The position is 28-32 hours per week.
Half day in the afternoon on Tuesday, and half day in the morning on Fridays.
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the front desk.
We see 35-65 patients per day.
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records - Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Verify insurance coverage and process payments - Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients - Proficient in using electronic medical record systems -Punctual and reliable - this is an important role in our office and we need to know we can depend on you!
