This is not an entry level position.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years previous experience with administrative work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Ideal Executive Assistant would have a proven ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment.
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly prioritize jobs.
You are a self-starter that takes initiative, has an unbelievable eye for details, and knows how to follow through on requested tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Under limited supervision, you will improve the Vice President's effectiveness by performing a wide range of administrative duties.
Assists in the preparation of presentations and reports to ensure VP is prepared.
Prepares documents, performs record keeping and filing duties as necessary.
Attends meetings as necessary to take notes and provides reminders of outstanding tasks, sends any follow-ups to meeting attendees.
Assists with writing announcements and preparing presentations.
Types and designs general correspondences including memos, charts and graphs.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Researches and prepares confidential and sensitive documents.
Maintains employee, vendor and customer confidence.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Acts as a liaison with internal and external associates for the executive.
Sets up, organizes and manages filing systems.
WHAT YOU BRING TO PRECISION BODY & PAINT High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence.
Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion and use a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate flexibility as well as excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Display proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
