Dojnia Staffing is actively searching for a Child Care Director of Primrose School of Silicon Forest, your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve.

? Onsite Franchise Owner; 5% profit sharing partner upon meeting key performance metrics and PSFC corporate approval ? Two weeks of fixed paid vacation - 1 week during Summer and 1 week during Winter ? One week of floating paid vacation ? Extensive paid training ? Childcare subsidy ? Health, Dental and Vision, and 401K plans ? Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).
? Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
? Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.
? Manage operation of the school ? Ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
