This position will be Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm.
Duties include:
Scheduling patients, discussing treatment plans, posting treatment fees and taking payments, confirming appointments, follow-up calls.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Dependable, confident, and efficient - Motivated to learn with the ability to work independently - Able to communicate professionally and effectively - Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment - Excellent w/customer service and has a caring attitude - Competency in computer skills required, Eaglesoft experience preferred Previous front desk dental experience preferred, but not required.
Competitive pay based on experience.
