Summary:
Seeking a hard worker to support production of composite parts and assemblies.
You will be assisting in production where seen fit.
You could be doing anything from laying-up carbon fiber parts to assembling and inspecting final products.
Expect to be working closely with the entire team here at Jentay.
This is a great entry position for advanced manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to perform basic math arithmetic calculations.
- Be able to safely lift 20 pounds on occasion.
- Work for long periods of time, up to 3 hours at a time sitting or standing.

Responsibilities:
- Detail oriented with the ability to identify and fix imperfections.
- Ability to be a problem solver.
- Read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Properly mask parts to meet specifications/drawings.
- Ability to independently operate all personal protective equipment.
- Ability to monitor workflow and move from station to station as required.
- Safely operate power tools.
- Use of basic hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience desired.
- Ability to prime and paint parts to aerospace standards is highly desired.
- Familiarity with AS/ISO standards desired.
