Job Duties:
Responsible for following Product Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Responsible for successfully planning and executing hourly tasks and assignments, as it relates to product Turn-Around-Time (TAT) Responsible for one of the Essential job duties or one Specialized job duties Responsible for daily equipment check lists and sign-offs Departmental Continuous Improvement in order to reduce internal defects and overall internal quality issues Responsible for tracking In/Out of Parts of Process Responsible for Self Inspections Comply with company safety policies Responsible for processing parts based on MES Req Delivery Dates Will handle Hazardous Waste and be responsible for following all regulatory guidelines associated with disposal.
Responsible for QA Document Control as it relates with ISO Compliance Responsible for Continuous 5S Improvement Other duties as assigned Essential Job Duties:
Incoming Inspection - Visual inspection, verification of parts quantity and identification, disassembling, incoming rejection report, measurement, S/N scribing and closely cooperation with logistic and sales team, maintain and monitoring of MES installed computers and scribing machines.
Wet 2/3/4 stations:
Skin process, Metal wet chemical Process, Coated Part wet chemical process, CO2 cleaning, dry cleaning, bead blasting(#400), Comco, visual inspection, measurement, maintain and monitoring of each station's equipment.
Specialized Job Duties:
Bead/ARC/Masking/Quartz:
Ceramic/Si/Quartz wet chemical processes, Skin process, Bead blaster, masking, ARC coating, measurement, coating pre/post-treatments, visual inspection, ARC coating equipment check sheet report, visual inspection, measurement, maintain and monitoring of each station's equipments.
APS Coating/APS Masking/APS Bead:
Bead blaster, Masking, Measurement, Robot Programing, equipment check, Pre/post treatment, visual inspection, APS System operation.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate pro-active attitude, practices and behavior for organizational goal attainment Ability to communicate and maintain professional relationships with all internal Departments, Customers and Vendors Basic MS Office computer skills Must be organized Attention to detail is a must Ability to multi-task with successful results on the day-to-day operations Must be familiar with quality assurance principles and inspection techniques / procedures Ability to identify the following; Ceramic, SS, Ti Si, Quartz, substrates and various types of part coatings Physical Requirements:
