Quick Apply Full-time Contract 3 hours ago Full Job Description This role is responsible for ensuring that production assembly is actively engaged, meeting customer demands and the production schedule.
The Manufacturing Lead also provides effective training to assembly personnel and ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
The Manufacturing Lead may provide a percentage of direct labor contribution to assemble products which will require the use of a variety of hand tools, fixtures, mechanical work instructions and test equipment.

Experience:
Background in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement Experience with low volume, highly complex manufacturing processes Demonstrated ability in successfully leading a Team of 8-10 employees 5
years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred Associates degree in Business Management (cumulative certifications also acceptable) preferred Required Skills:
