Key Requirements:-
Minimum 4 years of having worked on Bluetooth protocols - Either in core development or system integration
Has good knowledge of Bluetooth core protocols like HCI, L2CAP, OBEX and profiles like A2DP, FTP etc
Has worked on system integration either on Bluetooth or otherwise.
Has knowledge of USB to the extent to be able to isolate issues of USB HCI interface between Bluetooth controller and host processor.
Expertise in C based firmware/Embedded development of consumer products.
Experience of having using Bluetooth test equipment like Sniffer
Ability to analyze AIR traces of Bluetooth and isolate the problem to the appropriate layer of Bluetooth
Ability to do system analysis of various components involved in the system and isolate the issues to the appropriate components.
Knowledge of Bluetooth and USB in the context of Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 8.1 will be a good plus.
Good C programming skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues
Experience in leading small teams and ability to motivate and get best out of teams.
Independent ownership of delivery, passionate about product development.
