Senior-level developer with commercial software development experience, as well as experience in algorithm design, data structures, design patterns and software architecture.
Day to Day:
------
Lead the day to day development activities of an agile team of engineers developing high performance, commercial quality compute/machine learning engines (algorithms).
Will perform the scrum master role in the agile team, ensuring planning, retrospectives and daily standups proceed normally.
70%25%20of time spent coding, 30%25%20spent planning and performing scrum master duties.
Primary duties and required skills:

Lead software engineer, focused on developing commercial quality, high performance compute/machine learning engines, complete with APIs, SDKs, tooling, documentation and code samples.
Must have the following:
C/C++, 10
years
C# or Java, 5
years
Python, 1-2 years
Scrum/Agile 2+years on a scrum team
Has designed and developed Software APIs and SDKs used in a commercial setting
Has worked on and delivered commercial software used by thousands of users
Experience with CI/CD, unit testing
Linux/Unix, Windows
Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases a plus
Experience with machine learning algorithms a plus
Knowledge of performance and memory profilers a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
