Outstanding software corporation which provides solutions that orchestrate application delivery, IT service management, IT operations and business processes for the Global 2000, is seeking an outstandingCustomer Supportprofessional.
Strong people skills (interface with Operations, Accounting/Finance, Consultants, Contractors, Partners, Legal, Support, Sales, etc.)
Strong multi-tasker, able to work flexible hours depending on business requirements (some days may start at 6:00am as needed to accommodate East Coast clients) as well as a few key weekly meetings start at 7:00am.
Strong Excel skills (pivot, v-lookup, formulas) a must, OpenAirsoftware a plus, company also uses SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, BOX, Snag it, Word, Visio.
Understanding key business documents as well as key business terms and acronyms, such as the following: SOW, backlog, bookings, utilization, KPI, rates, internal vs. external labor, WO, PSA, company products,

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
