Cinder Solutions is looking for a solid candidate to fill the role of a Coordinator for one of our direct clients in Hillsboro, Or. This is a full time position that offers a full competitive benefits package including PTO and healthcare coverage.
Job Description:
This role is not specific to training but rather coordination of various activities to support the Business Excellence Team.
Responsibilities:
Activities are focusing on helping drive greater operational efficiency across the team, including:
- Shopping cart and PO creation, tracking, and modifying for entire team
- Collaborating with Finance to ensure budget tracking is accurately updated
- Pro-actively identify tools and tips to improve our processes and operations, including SharePoint, Jive, Excel macros/formulas, etc.
- Coordination of virtual division wide meetings
- Maintenance of team SharePoint site, distribution lists, and calendar scheduling
- Various project coordination as needed
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in coordination preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy knowledge of SharePoint and Outlook.
