Senior Attorney
The candidate will support several business units within the Platform Engineering organization. Will provide the direct line legal services to the assigned business unit GMs leaders and their staffs. Develop and provide legal solutions and counseling to all levels of the organization on a large range of substantive areas including intellectual property, licensing, contracts and antitrust. Actively participate with the business teams in developing and executing complex business plans and initiatives while demonstrating excellent project management skills. Regularly make or facilitate decisions that have impact across the organization. Negotiate, draft and interpret a variety of complex business agreements and technology licenses in support of the business unit. Work in teams, as a member or leader as appropriate, in order to resolve complex legal issues or drive strategic projects. Provide legal training to business managers and legal colleagues on key legal topics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
